The first and third relay exchanges are at Goodman’s Bay, following a segment east along Cable Beach to West Bay Street, into downtown Nassau, with a turnaround at Rawson Square and Bank Lane. Runners return along the same route, exchanging at Goodman’s Bay after 7 miles.
